Things have been interesting for me these past couple of months. I'm from New Orleans, so I have, of course, gotten caught in the whole hurricane disaster thing. I like to think that I've endured fairly well, considering that my parents and I have all lost everything. I've actually been alright about that, for it cut one of the last of my ties to the city. Unfortunally, the one tie I still have is the strongest...work. I'm actually working in N.O. now, and am not thrilled at the gypsy lifestyle I've currently taken up. Still, I'll endure what I have to till opportunity presents itself as it has in the past. Life, for all its pitfalls, has a strange way of working out in the end, as long as you continue to have faith in the universe.
